Lahore Qalandars beat Islamabad United by 66 runs in the 27th match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 7.
In the match being played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Lahore Qalandars won the toss and elected to bat first.
Playing first, Qalandars scored 197 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. In reply, Islamabad United scored 131 runs for the loss of 9 wickets.
The highlight of the Lahore Qalandars' innings was Harry Brooke who played an unbeaten innings of 102 off 49 balls, including five sixes and 10 fours.
Apart from them, Fakhruzzaman played an innings of 51 runs, David Wesa 17 and Sohail Akhtar 15 runs were out, Phil Salt and Muhammad Hafeez scored 2, 2 runs, Kamran Ghulam was out on zero.
Islamabad United's Faheem Ashraf took 3 wickets, Zahir Khan and Liam Dawson took one wicket each.
In pursuit of 198 runs, Islamabad United scored 131 runs for the loss of 9 wickets, United's Liam Dawson scored 31 runs and Rehmanullah Garbaz scored 20 runs. Captain Asif Ali and Muhammad Waseem were dismissed for 12 runs, Mubasir Khan 6, Faheem Ashraf and Merchant De Ling 2, 2 runs scored.
Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, Zaman Khan and Rashid Khan took 2.2 wickets each for Qalandars.
