Filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri hate and anti-Muslim film 'The Kashmir Files' was released a few days ago. |
'The Kashmir Files' was released a few days back, the story and direction of which was given by Vivek Ranjan while he is also the co-producer of the film.
Vivek Ranjan's wife actress Palvi Joshi has also played an important role in the film which has been portrayed as a Pakistani piece in a way.
The film stars senior actors like Anupam Kher, and Mithan Chakraborty, as Kashmiri Pandits.
The story of the film is based on the genocide committed in occupied Kashmir in 1990 but surprisingly the film depicts the genocide of Pandits instead of Muslims and portrays Muslims as terrorists.
An attempt has been made in The Kashmir Files to show that Kashmir was the land of Hindus, where Muslims carried out genocide of Pandits through terrorism and forced them to leave the country.
After the release of the film, government ministers including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and leaders of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and ordinary Hindus are seen praising it and Muslims are being branded as traitors.
Anti-Muslim slogans are also being chanted by Indian extremists during the film's screening, calling Muslims traitors and asking them to leave the country.
Muslim actors and especially Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh Khan are also being asked to watch 'The Kashmir Files' and accept it as reality.
Surprisingly, most of the Hindus are accepting the film as a reality instead of propaganda and there is a lot of anti-Muslim content on social media.
However, there are some people who are calling 'The Kashmir Files' a historical lie and propaganda and questioning the people and the government that now the special status of Kashmir has been abolished and it has been subordinated to the Indian government. But if there are millions of Indian soldiers then why Kashmiri Pandits who have fled abroad are not coming back yet?
When Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised The Kashmir Files as a fact-based film, people questioned why the film 'Parzania', which was published in 2002 by a Parsi family in the Indian state of Gujarat, was called a liar. Was made on the brutality done with?
In 2002, Narendra Modi was the Chief Minister of Gujarat and there was genocide of minorities and especially Muslims.
On social media, some people also questioned the ruling party leaders that they had declared their propaganda film 'The Kashmir Files' tax-free in many states but they did not comment on films like 'Article 15' on social issues. Tax was not waived.
