The Chief Justice, while delivering the judgment, said that it was a unanimous decision of all the judges. We consulted with each other. ۔
The Supreme Court, while restoring the National Assembly, directed the Speaker to convene a sitting of the lower house on Saturday, April 9, at 10:30 am and to hold a vote on the no-confidence motion.
The Chief Justice had ordered that no member of the National Assembly would be barred from voting on the day of the election. Will remain
The Supreme Court had also quashed the orders of the caretaker government of the President, adding that the present order would not affect the proceedings under Article 63.
