Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that the culprits involved in the blast in Karachi will be brought to justice soon.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi along with Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, the Home Minister said that they are in touch with the Chinese authorities, the Chinese authorities are satisfied with the steps taken by the government after the incident, safety of Chinese residents should be ensured. He said that in yesterday tragic blast 3 Chinese nationals were killed while one Pakistani citizen was also killed in the attack. The attack targeted Pak-China friendship. China always stood by Pakistan in every difficult time.

Rana Sanaullah said that citizens fighting for their rights were not involved in such acts.
He said that Baloch students also protested in Lahore and Islamabad as far as we know, those who are talking about their rights are not involved in terrorism in any way.
"People who are fighting for their rights are sitting with us in the parliament. They talk to us. They have grievances. They think that our words are not being heeded. No connection.
"We have to take administrative measures against the elements involved in such acts of terrorism and we have to enable the security forces to eradicate those elements who want to destabilize the country," he said. And there are some external forces behind them who want Pakistan to be weakened by anarchy and chaos.

He said that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif was in touch with all the four provinces to activate NICTA and all stakeholders would be present at the NICTA meeting.
He said that full cooperation would be extended to the Sindh government to ensure law and order situation and make Karachi a peaceful city.
The Home Minister said that the entire nation was united against terrorism and strict measures would have to be taken to curb such acts of terrorism.
He said that Imran Khan was trying to fabricate a statement of lies and fraud.
He said that the people of Pakistan would ask him in the election about the destruction of the country, ruin of the economy and inflation.

He said that the manner in which he ran the country, destroyed its governance, took bribes and made appointments will all come to light now.
Even yesterday, the people did not protest by rejecting the false statement of PTI, not even 500 people protested in any district of the country, one hundred and fifty people protested in each district while only 2 thousand in Punjab. 345 people protested the call.
The Home Minister said that this is the power and popularity of Imran Khan which he will also assess in the next election.
Rana Sanaullah said, "If you want to come to Islamabad, come, I will welcome them there myself. Instead of traveling all over the country, come there, I will arrange for their food and drink."
He said that in the next elections also our present alliance will form a government after winning the elections and will solve the problems of the country which have never been solved before.
The Home Minister said that the ECL has amended the rules under which no person's name can be added to the list of cases without more than 120 days, and if the government wants some more time, another 90 days under an order. But even if a person wants to be put on the exit control list, he has to make a case with proof.
Chief Minister Sindh briefs Home Minister about blast
Earlier in the day, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan were briefed by senior security officials about the blast at the Chief Minister House.

During the briefing, senior officials said that the female suicide bomber was a mother of two and a resident of Turbat.
The meeting was informed that the female suicide bomber had come to Karachi on March 20 and was residing in Gulistan-e-Jauhar.
It was informed in the briefing that two police teams are investigating the incident, Karachi police and CTD teams are investigating, CCTV footage is being obtained and some more vehicles are seen suspicious in the investigation.
It is to be noted that 4 people including 3 Chinese nationals were killed and 4 others were injured in a suicide blast outside the Confucius Institute at Karachi University yesterday.
