Hollywood actress Amber Heard was shocked when she recorded an affidavit in a defamation suit filed by her ex-husband Johnny Depp, mentioning her ex-husband violence.

Amber Heard filed her first affidavit in County Fairfax County, Virginia, on May 4, during which she claimed to have been sexually exploited by her ex-husband, including being repeatedly beaten. 


Before Amber Heard, Johnny Depp had recorded his affidavit and was also cross-examined by the actress' lawyers.


During the affidavit and interrogation, Johnny Depp denied allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault on his ex-wife, claiming that his ex-wife used to torture him.

And now, on the first day of her affidavit, Amber Heard has accused her ex-husband of repeatedly torturing and sexually abusing her.

According to the Associated Press (AP), Amber Heard admitted in her affidavit that although Johnny Depp was 22 years older than her, she had an early relationship with him. Time wanted to work in movies and Johnny Depp was a famous and influential actor.

According to the actress, although they had an early relationship with Johnny Depp, their romantic relationship did not start and the two worked together in the film 'The Rum Diary' at that time, after the release of which they I started romance.

Amber Heard said that Johnny Depp tortured her for the first time in 2013 when the actor saw a tattoo of the name 'Ono' on the body of the actress, about which Johnny Depp claimed that it was the name of actor Winona Ryder. There is a tattoo, with which Amber Heard allegedly had an affair.

The actress said that she had assured her ex-husband at that time that the tattoo of the name 'Ono' was not of the name of Vonona Ryder but he did not believe her and slapped her on the face.

According to Amber Heard, after slapping her for the first time, Johnny Depp apologized to her and assured her that it would not happen again, but later that year her ex-husband slapped her several times at once.

The actress claimed that Johnny Depp used to abuse her while intoxicated, while once her ex-husband searched her naked and sexually abused her.

The process of recording the affidavit by Amber Heard may continue for a few more days, Johnny Depp's statement also continued for five days.

Prior to Amber Heard, a psychiatrist, including Johnny Depp and a few of his witnesses, had recorded his statement.

The case is being heard by a seven-member jury, while four additional members are also part of the jury.

The trial is set to begin on April 13 in the county of Fairfax County, Virginia.

The trial is expected to last 6 to 8 weeks, with the case likely to be decided by the end of July or mid-August 2022.

Prior to Amber Heard, a female doctor hired by Johnny Depp last week also recorded a statement in court stating that the actress was suffering from a mental illness.

Johnny Depp had completed his statement before the female doctor and was also questioned by Amber Heard lawyers.

During his statements and interrogation, Johnny Depp repeatedly denied allegations that he had abused his ex-wife.

The actress had claimed before the court that her ex-wife used to torture her and broke her finger.

The last hearing of the case was held at the end of 2020 before the formal trial began, after which its hearings were postponed due to Corona.

After Johnny Depp filed a 50 million lawsuit against his ex-wife in 2019, Amber Heard also filed a 10 100 million counterclaim against him.

Johnny Depp filed the lawsuit against his ex-wife after Amber Heard revealed in an article in the Washington Post that she had been a victim of domestic violence in her married life.

She did not name her ex-husband in the article, but according to Johnny Depp, Amber Heard was referring to her, which caused her to suffer mental stigma, including stigma.
