"I was detained on the motorway for an hour. A male doctor tried to examine me. There was no female doctor with him," Mazari told the court.
"Anti-corruption Punjab officers were taking instructions on the phone. My bag was searched without a warrant and my phone has not been returned yet," he said.
"There was another man with the anti-corruption officials and possibly with the ISI," he said.
During the hearing, Chief Justice Athar Minallah ordered that the government take no action on enforced disappearances.
"These incidents occur when the constitution is not respected. Every government has adopted a regrettable attitude towards violating the constitution," he said. Shirin Mazari told Chief Justice Athar Minallah that she was 70 years old and ill but was still tortured.
The Chief Justice said, "This court will not compromise in the delivery of justice. The kidnapping of Matiullah Jan has not been investigated yet."
On the occasion, the Deputy Attorney General said, "We cannot work 24 hours a day. The case of Matiullah Jan is ongoing and we will complete our investigation soon."
The Chief Justice wondered how it was possible that no one knew about Mazari's arrest.
He reminded the new Inspector General (IG) of Islamabad Police, Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, that the head of the agency is responsible, "Tell us how long it will take to complete the investigation into the Mazari case".
The Islamabad police chief replied, "I have just taken charge. The incident took place while I was taking charge."
The Advocate General thanked the court for opening its doors last night and said that "political parties will now acknowledge that the court is also present at night to protect the Constitution".
Mazari daughter requested the court to order a judicial inquiry into the incident and the Chief Justice ordered that Mazari be released and investigated.
Strict security arrangements were made in the court during the hearing of the petition against the arrest of Shirin Mazari in the Islamabad High Court and no unrelated person was allowed to enter the court premises.

"I will tell the court what happened to me," he said.

Order to present Shirin Mazari at half past eleven
Earlier, Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Atharmanullah had heard a petition filed by his daughter Iman Zainab Mazari against the arrest of Shirin Mazari.
The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court in a three-page written order had ordered to produce Shirin Mazari in the court tonight at 11:30 pm.
The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court said in the order that these orders already exist that no member of the National Assembly can be arrested without the permission of the Speaker and Shirin Mazari is currently a member of the National Assembly and he has not been notified from the seat. If so, under what authority were the fundamental rights of Shirin Mazari violated?
The court also directed the Home Secretary, Deputy Commissioner and IG Islamabad to appear before it while notices were also issued to the Attorney General and Advocate General Islamabad.
Chief Justice Islamabad High Court asked to appear and explain why fundamental rights were violated.
Shirin Mazari's daughter Iman Zainab Mazari had filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court and the Chief Justice was informed of the urgent request at home.
Iman Zainab Mazari took a stand in the petition that my mother is a critic of human rights violations by law enforcement agencies.
He said that the mother was picked up in broad daylight and no information was being provided to the family. The mother was picked up from the federal capital and legal requirements were not met.
Iman Zainab Mazari requested to present Shirin Mazari in the court and made Home Secretary, IG Islamabad and SHO Kohsar Police Station a party in the petition.
The petitioner had taken the position that no FIR was reported when the nearest police station reached Kohsar on the information that the mother had been forcibly taken away.

PTI leaders request for lawsuit against Hamza Shahbaz
PTI women leaders Asma Qadeer, Zal Huma and former MPA Anita Mehsud have filed a petition against Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shahbaz at Kohsar police station in Islamabad to register a case of 'kidnapping' of Shirin Mazari.

Allegations against Shirin Mazari
The First Information Report (FIR) filed against Shirin Mazari by the Anti-Corruption Unit in Dera Ghazi Khan District of Punjab on April 11 states that Shirin Mazari inherited land from her father Ashiq Muhammad Khan.
The FIR alleges that Mazari transferred 800 kanals from the said land in Rojhan to Progressive Farm Limited for 'forgery'.
It has been claimed that according to Assistant Commissioner Rojhan, these companies were not traced in the records of the Revenue Department and therefore "these companies were bogus".
The FIR alleges that Mazari conspired with the local land authorities for a "fake" transfer of land.
It may be recalled that the arrest of Shirin Mazari by the Islamabad police was strongly condemned by PTI chairman Imran Khan and other politicians and journalists and the arrest was termed as political revenge.
