WhatsApp, the world most popular instant messaging application, has introduced the feature of message reaction, fulfilling the long-standing desire of the users.

WhatsApp initially announced in November last year that it would soon introduce a feature called Message Reaction for some users, after which it was introduced to a limited number of users in January.

However, in early April last month, the WhatsApp administration said that work was underway to further improve the feature and add additional reactions, and that the feature would be released soon.

And now WhatsApp has introduced the said feature, however, the feature has not yet appeared on the WhatsApp of users of many countries, including Pakistan, but soon Pakistani users will be able to use the said feature.

Mark Zuckerberg, head of the company that owns WhatsApp, Meta, confirmed in a brief Facebook post on May 5 that the Message Reaction feature on WhatsApp was introduced today.

He added in a comment to the post that WhatsApp experts are working on further improving the feature and that additional reactions will be added.

According to Mark Zuckerberg, the feature will soon include emojis of "help, thanks and compliments" and other emotional reactions.

Keep in mind that this feature will work exactly as users express their opinions on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger messages via emojis.

Once the feature is introduced, every user will see signs of emojis while viewing the message and they will be able to express their opinion with the emoji of their choice.

The user will select and tap any message then the emojis section will open and the user will be able to express their opinion by clicking on the reaction of their choice.
