Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will visit 4 countries during his first visit to Europe from August 22 to 26 to strengthen bilateral cooperation and economic relations with European countries.

According to Foreign Office spokesperson Asim Iftikhar, apart from the political aspect of relations with these countries, trade and economic relations will be the 'main focus' of the foreign minister's visit agenda.
He further said that these 4 countries are important for Pakistan's relations with Europe because Pakistani immigrants are present in large numbers in these countries and they have investments in Pakistan.

During the visit, the Foreign Minister will emphasize on providing opportunities for Pakistanis in these countries and deepening bilateral economic ties in discussions with his counterparts and other high-ranking officials.
There have been several high-level meetings between Pakistan and Germany at the political and military level, which shows how much importance both countries attach to their relationship, and German companies have also shown interest in investing in Pakistan.
"Pakistan has long-standing and multifaceted relations with Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Norway, these countries are home to a large Pakistani community and are preferred destinations for Pakistani students to pursue higher education," the Foreign Office spokesperson said. '.
He further said that these countries also have relations with Pakistan in terms of investment in important sectors.
