Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has responded to the social media campaign about the soldiers who were martyred in the accident of an army helicopter in Balochistan's Lasbela area and said that the social media campaign to mock the sacrifices of our martyrs and speak ill of them. People's Party's demand for investigation of propaganda against the army

It should be noted that two days ago, Director General (DG) of Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar said that after the helicopter accident in Lasbela, some people spread wrong propaganda on social media. It was sensitive, due to which the institutions, officers, youths and especially the families of the martyrs suffered a lot.

The Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army had said in a tweet that all 6 officers and soldiers, including Lieutenant General Sarfraz Ali, died in the helicopter crash.

Later, there were rumors that President Arif Alvi as the head of state wanted to attend the funerals of the martyred soldiers, but allegedly because of the PTI trolls' negative propaganda about the martyrs, he was furious. He was advised not to attend the funerals of the martyrs so as not to cause any untoward incident.
