According to sources, the interview of Punjab Assembly Speaker Pervez Elahi was under discussion in the consultative meeting.

 

Sources said that the participants took the position that there was no need for Pervez Elahi to give such a tough interview.

It may be recalled that PML-Q leader and Punjab Assembly Speaker Pervez Elahi had given an interview to a private TV channel in which harsh words were spoken.

He criticized Prime Minister Imran Khan and said that Khan Sahib has done his best.
