Addressing a press conference in Karachi, the Sindh Chief Minister said that another case has also come to light from Saudabad area of ​​Karachi and police are also working on it. He hoped that she (the girl) would be found soon.


On the other hand, DIG Lahore (Operations) Abid Khan said that Karachi police has provided marriage certificate of the girl to Lahore police. Police is searching for the girl from the address given on the marriage certificate.


Abid Khan said that there is no truth in the news of Dua Zahra meeting the police, only after the recovery of Dua Zahra the real facts will come to light.


He said that Lahore police is in constant touch with Karachi police, teams have been formed and they will find the girl soon.
Prayer father awaits confirmation


Dua father said, "We still can't confirm the media reports about his daughter."


He said that neither Additional Inspector General Ghulam Nabi Memon nor Punjab Inspector General of Police (IGP) Rao Sardar Ali Khan had confirmed his daughter and her presence.


Referring to the marriage certificate, he said that his daughter is not 18 years old but she will turn 14 on April 27.


He said that he was not familiar with the other names mentioned in the certificate, including the groom Zaheer Ahmed and also questioned the authenticity of the documents.


Dua father said that he did not have any family relationship in Lahore and did not know why and how my daughter got there.


Dua kidnapping case


It may be recalled that 10 days ago, a 14-year-old girl Dua Zahra went missing from Golden Town area of ​​Karachi after which the police conducted raids at various places to search for her. However, the police failed to find a girl named Dua Zahra. ۔


Police officials said that the anti-violence cell has been shifted to investigate the abduction of Dua. The street from which Dua was abducted is also very narrow.


On the other hand, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah took notice of the abduction of a 14-year-old girl and demanded a detailed report from Additional IG Karachi.


Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah had instructed the Additional IG to rescue the girl in any case and said that action should be taken keeping in touch with the girl's parents.


Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah had said that the accused should be reached using CCTV footage and other means.


The Sindh government was facing severe criticism due to the missing Dua Zahra case. Questions were being raised on the performance of the provincial government by various quarters.


Recently, Haleem Adil Sheikh, Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly, had accused the police of not taking the Dua Zahra case seriously.


He said that the lack of seriousness shown by the police in the case was a matter of concern.


The PTI leader had alleged that the authorities were "misleading" the girl's parents.


Haleem Adil Sheikh had said that the police and the provincial government had failed to rescue the girl.


The PTI leader had criticized Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and advised him to focus on Sindh instead of visiting foreign countries.


However, during today's press conference, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has confirmed that Dua Zahra has been traced, he is fine.

The Chief Minister said that he had directed the ministers to visit self-help markets to ensure reduction in prices, adding that a subsidy of Rs. 462 million has been approved by the Sindh government on flour.


He said that we have also talked to the sugar mills to sell sugar at Rs. 70-75 while giving subsidy while efforts are being made to subsidize the price of ghee.

Load shedding problem solved in Karachi


The Chief Minister said that load shedding had increased in Karachi for the last 4.5 days. Has gone


He said that K Electric MD has informed that now all the electricity is being provided. He said that except in the areas where the payment of bills is not complete, no light will go out.


I had requested the Prime Minister to solve the problem of load shedding in the rural areas of Sindh. He told me the reason was that the previous government did not buy any fuel which could make the plants work. I have assured the Prime Minister that The Sindh government will extend all possible cooperation to you so that relief can be given to the people.


Meher pays compensation to fire victims


Regarding the fire in Meher, Murad Ali Shah said that the victims have been met, it is clear that the lives can not be repaired but the victims have been given compensation checks while the Prime Minister also paid compensation to the victims. Compensation has been announced for Rs. 75 lakhs out of one crore.


He said that Meher would also build houses for the victims and the government would take care of whatever damage was done to them. The investigation conducted by the Home Secretary in this regard has been fully implemented. At the same time, the Minister for Local Government has been asked to make an inventory of the entire province, so that such measures can be avoided in future.


The Chief Minister Sindh said that fires break out in the districts of Sindh during summers so we are trying to carry out rescue operations in time and more ambulances are being called.
