"It will be filed in the High Court tomorrow morning," he said.
The decision was taken by PTI following reports that PTI chairman Imran Khan had been ousted from the PM post following a no-confidence motion. Workers are reportedly being harassed.

He demanded the party leadership to take the matter to court.
The PTI-affiliated lawyers' forum also met party chairman Imran Khan and expressed deep concern over the alleged harassment of PTI workers, especially social media workers.
The house of Dr Arsalan Khan, Imran Khan digital media focal person in Lahore, was allegedly raided by 11 unidentified persons.
PTI leader Dr Shahbaz Gul said that the raid was expected, therefore Dr Arsalam was transferred elsewhere.

On the other hand, the 79th Formation Commanders Conference, chaired by Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa at General Headquarters, took note of the recent propaganda campaign against the organization on social media and termed it a division between the organization and the society. Expressed full confidence in the "commitment to uphold the Constitution and the rule of law".
