In their second match of the Asia Hockey Cup, Pakistan played a brilliant game against the host Indonesia and defeated the opponent 0-13.
According to the Pakistan Hockey Federation, in the ongoing Asia Hockey Cup in Jakarta, Indonesia, Pakistan played a great game and defeated Indonesia while the host team defeated Japan 0-9 in their first match.
Pakistan played its first match against traditional rivals India and the match ended in a 1-1 draw.

In the first quarter of the first match, Salom Kharti scored a goal for India to give his team the lead.
The national team scored 4 goals against Indonesia in the first quarter of the game.
Rizwan Ali completed the hat trick for Pakistan, scoring in the 15th, 25th and 43rd minutes of the game.
Among other players, Ejaz Ahmed, Rana Waheed also performed well and scored 2.2 goals, besides Mubashir Ali, Ali Shan, Abdul Manan, Ali Ghazanfar and Moin Shakeel scored one goal each.
Pakistan Rana Waheed was declared the best player of the match.
National team captain Umar Bhatta said that the victory against Indonesia has boosted the team's confidence.
"We played well in the match yesterday (against India), we had chances to win but we couldn't score, we have young players here and we drew the match against India," he said.

He said that now the big victory against Indonesia is a source of confidence for the team.
Omar Bhatta said that Pakistan is trying its best in the Asia Cup to make it to the World Cup in India.
"Indonesia is an unknown team and we tried to score as much as possible against them to improve our position," he said.
Pakistan will play its third match in the Asia Hockey Cup on May 26 against Japan.
