A recent study conducted by British experts has shown that plenty of vitamin B6 and B12 can help fight depression while improving vision.
Other types of B vitamins, including vitamins B6 and B12, are believed to be good for the nervous system of the human body, especially the brain, including bone strength.
According to experts, the deficiency of vitamin B6 and B12 causes a certain chemical in the human brain system, which affects the human brain system.

Deficiency of the chemical due to deficiency of the said vitamins especially causes depression or irritability while it also affects the vision, which makes the person feel disgusted all the time.
During the research, experts looked at how vitamin B6 and B12 deficiency could make up for the lack of special chemicals thought to be important for the brain.
So the experts recruited 478 volunteers for the research and all the volunteers declared themselves to be depressed.
During the research, the experts divided the volunteers into three groups, some people were given vitamin B6, some were given vitamin B12, and the rest were given a dummy drug and this process was repeated for a month.

In the end, the experts asked questions to all the volunteers and also conducted other types of tests including their eyesight.
According to a study published in the medical journal 'Human Psychopharmacology', the results showed that people who were given a good dose of vitamin B6 had significantly lower levels of depression.
The results showed that those who took the vitamin B12 supplement also reported lower levels of depression, while those given the placebo drug reported no change in depression.
Experts concluded that if people with depression take B6 and B12 supplements, they can avoid depression.
According to experts, if people do not eat foods rich in both vitamins, they should take vitamin B6 and B12 tablets as per the instructions of medical experts.
It should be noted that both the above mentioned vitamins are found in fish including banana, chickpea, chicken, papaya, kale, beef, curd, milk and eggs, apart from them, the same vitamins are also found in other vegetables and fruits.
