Daniya Shah, widow of well-known anchor person and Member of National Assembly Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain, who passed away last month, has hired a lawyer to become a party in the case of exhumation and post-mortem of the deceased.
Today, the Sindh High Court heard the case related to the autopsy of Aamir Liaquat Hussain, in which Dania Shah appeared in the court along with her mother.
During the hearing, the lawyer of Aamir Liaquat Hussain's third wife Dania Shah demanded the Sindh High Court to conduct an autopsy of Aamir Liaquat.
Lawyer Qazi Hameed Advocate said that Dania Shah is the only widow of Aamir Liaquat, the reasons for Aamir Liaquat's death must be revealed.

Justice Muhammad Iqbal Kalhoro inquired that who is not allowing the post-mortem to be done? Why does the family object? This is not a matter of family sentiment but a legal requirement.
The petitioner's lawyer said that the son and daughter have filed a petition against the post-mortem of Aamir Liaquat, adding that even the post-mortem of Benazir Bhutto was not conducted.
On this, Justice Kausar Sultana remarked that Benazir Bhutto's post-mortem was not done, but the whole country's post-mortem was done.
Justice Iqbal Kalhoro remarked that everyone regrets that Benazir Bhutto's post-mortem was not done, books have been written on her, post-mortem is necessary according to law.

Aamir Liaquat's family lawyer Zia Awan Advocate said that Aamir Liaquat was worried because of Dania Shah, Dania Shah made Aamir Liaquat's video public on social media.
During the hearing, Dania Shah's mother came to the rostrum and addressed the court saying that Aamir Liaquat was a great personality, the real reason of his death should be revealed, the wife has the right to know the reason of Aamir Liaquat's death. On which the court silenced Daniya Shah's mother.
The petitioner's lawyer said that one judicial magistrate allowed the burial of Aamir Liaquat on the basis of a police report, while another magistrate ordered a post-mortem on someone else's request.
The court inquired, what does the government lawyer say in this regard? On this, the public prosecutor said that the police did not write down the actual cause of Aamir Liaquat's death.

The court said that we will give a decision after hearing everyone, we will also give full opportunity to the petitioner's lawyer, satisfy the court why Aamir Liaquat's post-mortem should not be conducted.
The court adjourned further hearing till July 28, directing the parties to appear with readiness.
"Aamir Liaquat got 25 crore rupees from somewhere"
Later, Dania Shah's mother while talking to journalists in the Sindh High Court claimed that Aamir Liaquat had received 25 crore rupees from somewhere, he came from Islamabad to Karachi to collect 25 crore rupees.
He said that he was going back to Islamabad at one o'clock, how did he die after 10 minutes? Aamir Liaquat had 25 crore rupees, his wife is the witness of this.

On this occasion, Dania Shah's lawyer said that we will present evidence in this regard in the court.
Dania Shah's mother added that it is necessary to investigate the death of Aamir Liaquat, these people are hiding the death of Aamir Liaquat, we have come to the court and the court will give justice.
It should be noted that last month the Sindh High Court suspended the decision on the burial and post-mortem of Dr. Aamir Liaquat Hussain after hearing the petition filed by his son Ahmed Aamir and Dua Aamir and also issued notices to the parties.

Earlier, the local court of Karachi had ordered to exhume the grave of Aamir Liaquat Hussain on the request of a citizen and conduct a post-mortem on June 18.
In the application filed by Ahmed Aamir and Dua Aamir, it was held that the application for conducting the post-mortem of Aamir Liaquat Hussain was filed in the court of Magistrate Sharqi to gain fame.
The petitioner had argued that Benazir Bhutto's assassination was also a high-profile case, as the ex-prime minister's heirs refused to post-mortem.
It was argued in the petition that conducting post-mortem is against Sharia, the petitioner has also obtained a fatwa in this regard.

The petition further stated that conducting the post-mortem of Aamir Liaquat would desecrate his grave.
It should be noted that Syeda Daniya Shah and Aamir Liaquat Hussain got married in February 2022 and just three months later, both of them made shameful accusations against each other and shared inappropriate content of each other on social media.
Meanwhile, some questionable videos of Aamir Liaquat Hussain had gone viral, about which his wife Dania Shah claimed that the alleged nude videos of her husband that went viral were not made by her, but by a third party and the person also sent her the videos.
He had said that I did not make Aamir Liaquat's videos viral, he has only one similar video of his husband while the viral videos were sent to him by a third person.

On May 7, Daniya Shah had told that she had approached the court for the annulment of the marriage.
At the time of marriage, Dania Shah was 18 years old while late Aamir Liaquat Hussain was 49 years old.
Before Aamir Liaquat's marriage to Dania Shah, his first 2 marriages also ended in divorce.
Aamir Liaquat was found unconscious at his residence on June 9 and was shifted to the hospital, but he met Khaliq Haqiq before reaching the hospital.

His family refused to conduct his post-mortem at that time, on which the police filed an application in the court, but Aamir Liaquat's children also refused to conduct the post-mortem in the court.
On June 10, Aamir Liaquat was cremated without post-mortem at the Abdullah Shah Ghazi Mausoleum after his family refused.
