It was recently reported that actress Sajal Ali will be seen playing the role of 'Mother Millat' Fatima Jinnah Ali in the soon to be released series, however, most of the fans believe that she is not the right actress for the said role.
In the series written by Daniyal K Afzal and directed by him, apart from Sajal Ali, two more actresses will play the role of Fatima Jinnah and the story of the said series will revolve around Mother Millat.
The said series will be made in three seasons, with the first episode of the first season expected to be released on August 14.

In the said series, Sajal Ali will be seen playing the role of Fatima Jinnah during the Azadi movement and the establishment of Pakistan, that is, she will be the 50-year-old mother of the nation.
But after the news came out, drama fans criticized Sajal Ali's choice for the role of Fatima Jinnah and suggested that Saba Qamar or Sanam Saeed should have been cast for her.
Fans on social media pages expressed their displeasure at the selection of Sajal Ali, stating that she is neither as tall as Fatima Jinnah, nor has her facial features similar to hers.
People said that Sajal Ali is an excellent actress, but she is not suitable for the role of Fatima Jinnah.
Fans suggested that the drama team should have cast older actresses for the role of Fatima Jinnah.
Some even suggested that a tall actress like Saba Qamar or Sanam Saeed could have been the right choice for the role of Fatima Jinnah.
Similarly, some people also considered Mehwish Hayat as a suitable choice for the role of Fatima Jinnah due to her tall height.
After the criticism of the fans, Sajal Ali or the team of the drama has not yet given any explanation.
