A case has been registered in Islamabad under the Anti-Terrorism Act against former Prime Minister and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan for threatening senior government officials.

According to the police FIR, a case was registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act against Imran Khan in Islamabad's Marglah police station on the complaint of Ali Javed, the magistrate of Sadar area of ​​Islamabad.

According to the FIR, on August 20, a protest rally was held under the leadership of Imran Khan against the arrest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shehbaz Gill, whose route was from Zero Point to F9 Park. started intimidating and threatening the top officers of the Islamabad Police and a respected lady Additional Judge.

In the FIR, Magistrate Ali Javed has complained that Imran Khan in his speech threatened IG Islamabad Police, DIG and female magistrate and asked them to register a case. It is further stated in the FIR that Imran Khan's speech in this manner has spread fear and panic among the police authorities, the judiciary and the public and has spread anxiety, unrest and terror among the public and destroyed the peace of the country. .
