Imran Khan, captain of Pakistan's 1992 World Cup winning team, told a Sky Sports documentary that the bilateral series between India and Pakistan has no rivalry as it is played as a different league.

Pakistan Cricket Board Chief Executive Faisal Hasnain termed the match between Pakistan and India as the mother of all cricket matches.
