And the auction will take place months after the world's most recognizable portrait was sold at a record price.
According to the British news agency Reuters, the original painting of Leonardo, bought by the French King Francois I from a famous painter in 1518, is in the Louvre Museum in Paris and cannot be sold.
According to the auction house, the copy that is being sold, dated to about 1600 AD, is very similar to the original painting and it appears that the artist had close access to Leonardo's version.
The copy is estimated to sell for between 1.5 million euros ($ 173,000- $ 230,000).
"Mona Lisa is the most beautiful woman in painting, everyone wants to buy a high quality version of the Mona Lisa," said Matthew Fournier, an artcourt auctioneer and auctioneer.
He asserted that his fans were fans of Leonardo because he had invented a style.
