Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that when the country top security body confirms the external conspiracy, then the action on the number game and no-confidence motion was meaningless.

In an exclusive interview with party leaders, Prime Minister Imran Khan said, "Yesterday, when I came here in the evening, I had to tell you not to panic. Now I want to explain to you in detail what happened today because The opposition still does not understand what happened.
He said that the National Security Committee of Pakistan had clearly stated that there was an external conspiracy in this letter. The message given to our ambassador was discussed in the meeting of the committee.

The Prime Minister said that all the security chiefs including our security chiefs were sitting in the meeting of the National Security Committee. It was confirmed that this plan was made from outside which interfered in the internal politics of Pakistan.
"What was the role of the embassy people we met with those who left and returned," he said. It all had to do with the no-confidence motion.
Imran Khan said that when the country's top security body confirms this, then the action on the number game and the no-confidence motion was meaningless.

"I couldn't tell you last night because if I had told everyone tomorrow, they wouldn't be shocked today," he said.
It may be recalled that the opposition had filed a no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan on March 8, on which voting was expected today.
However, speaking at Question Hour as soon as the meeting started, Law Minister Fawad Chaudhry raised serious objections to the resolution.

The Deputy Speaker then dismissed the no-confidence motion as unconstitutional and adjourned the sitting indefinitely.
Immediately after the conclusion of the lower house session, the Prime Minister addressed the nation briefly and announced that a proposal to dissolve the assemblies had been sent to the President.
Later, President Dr. Arif Alvi dissolved the National Assembly on the suggestion of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
