Australia won the Lahore Test by defeating Pakistan.
Australia declared their second innings at 227 for 3 on the fourth day of the game, after which Pakistan had a target of 351 for victory but the national team piled up 235 on the last day of the game.
On the last day of the game, Pakistan started their innings with 73 runs without any loss but in the first session Abdullah Shafiq returned to the pavilion for 27 runs after which Azhar Ali could not stay on the pitch for long.
Azhar Ali was sent to the pavilion by Leon for only 17 runs on a total of 105. Later, Imam-ul-Haq scored 70 and Fawad Alam 11 runs while Mohammad Rizwan was dismissed for 0.
Sajid Khan and Babar Azam put forward a combination of runs but this partnership lasted for a while and Babar Azam scored 55 runs while Sajid was dismissed for 21 runs.
Sajid Khan was followed by Hassan Ali (13) and Shaheen Afridi (1).
Australian captain Pat Cummins blew Naseem Shah wicket to lead the team to victory and Australia won the match by 115 runs.
It should be noted that Karachi and Rawalpindi Test was drawn between Pakistan and Australia.
