Another notification issued by the Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Abdul Qayyum Niazi said that SDMA and Civil Defense Advisor Chaudhry Muhammad Akbar has also been removed from his post due to corruption and suspicious activities.

It may be recalled that two days ago, 25 members of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Azad Jammu and Kashmir accused the party of failing to implement the party manifesto and mismanagement against its own Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi. The no-confidence motion was filed under Article 18 of the Kashmir Constitution.

The no-confidence motion said that the PTI had lost the confidence of the parliamentary party due to non-implementation of the party manifesto, mismanagement, nepotism and breach of merit and failure to highlight the Kashmir issue. ۔

Minister for Local Government and Rural Development Khawaja Farooq Ahmed had said: Are '.

The aforesaid PTI MLA have also proposed an alternative name for the PM under the Constitution of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and have nominated Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, the PTI's regional head and current senior minister, as the Prime Minister.

It should be noted that under Article 18 Four of the Constitution of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, no vote can be taken on the no-confidence motion against the Prime Minister 3 days before the expiry of the term or within 7 days of submission.

It may be recalled that general elections were held in Azad Jammu and Kashmir last year and PTI emerged as the majority party and the chairman of PTI had surprised everyone by nominating unknown leader Abdul Qayyum Niazi as the Prime Minister.

In the last eight months in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, differences within the PTI parliamentary party have come to the fore and several members have been reluctant to attend the meeting convened by Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi.

Khawaja Farooq Ahmed said in this regard, "Actually, PTI members were unhappy and dissatisfied with the style of governance of Prime Minister Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi from the very beginning but we were tolerating it due to circumstances and nomination of chairman."

He said that later Imran Khan also realized that his change was inevitable for the wider interest of the party and allowed it.
