Senior Superintendent of Police South Zubair Nazir Sheikh said that we are focusing on solving the abduction case of 14 year old girl Dua Zahra in a technical manner.

The police officer investigating the case said that the police had sought the cooperation of the intelligence agencies and would use their technical skills to solve the case.

He said police were also conducting surveys and interrogating several people who had criminal records or were involved in sexual offenses.

The head of the Anti-Violent Crime Cell said the cyber crime wing (CCW) of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), which specializes in accessing social media groups, was also helping them.

Imran Riaz, head of the FIA CCW, said his four-member team, including a forensic expert, technical analyst, female investigating officer and female psychologist, had visited Dua Zahra Kazmi's house.

He said the FIA had "contacted Google, Samsung and an online gaming platform on an emergency basis".

Haleem Adil Sheikh criticizes police performance

Haleem Adil Sheikh, Leader of the Opposition in the Sindh Assembly, accused the police of not taking the Dua Zahra case seriously.

He said the lack of seriousness on the part of the police in the case was a matter of concern and accused the authorities of "misleading" the girl's parents.

Haleem Adil Sheikh said that the police and the provincial government had failed to rescue the girl.

The PTI leader advised Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to focus on Sindh instead of visiting foreign countries.
