Pakistan hockey team started their tour of Europe by defeating the Netherlands 3-5 with the help of Rizwan brilliant hat trick.

According to a statement issued by the media cell of the Pakistan Hockey Federation, the Pakistan team successfully started its campaign on a tour of Europe in Breda and defeated the Netherlands by 3 goals to 5.

At the beginning of the match against the Netherlands, Pakistan Ijaz scored a goal to give his team the lead but the Netherlands scored two goals in a row to take a one-goal lead over the national team.
In the third and fourth quarters of the game, the Pakistani team not only took the lead but also won the match by three goals to five.
Rizwan scored 3 goals for Pakistan, Mubashir and Ijaz scored one goal each.
It is to be noted that along with the national hockey team, manager Olympian Khawaja Junaid, head coach Siegfried Aikman, assistant coach Wasim Ahmed, Drake Flicker coach Richard Sneijder and goalkeeper coach Bob John Weldeff are also present on the tour of Europe.
The second match of Pakistan's tour of Europe will be played on April 27 against the Netherlands in Breda.
