Chicken dishes are very popular among children. Here we are sharing the recipe of delicious chicken cheese balls which will definitely be liked for Iftar.

 

Ingredients

The price of chicken is half a kilo

 

Egg a number

A cup of mozzarella cheese

A teaspoon of ginger paste

A tablespoon of soy sauce

A tablespoon of cornflour

Half a teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

250 grams of green onion

A teaspoon of ground red pepper

Two teaspoons of chopped garlic

4 tablespoons oil (for mixing)

Oil (for frying)

 

Synthesis

Mix the chicken mozzarella mozzarella cheese, ginger paste, soy sauce, cornflour, salt, parsley, green onion, red pepper, chopped garlic and four tablespoons of oil well.

Now make balls of suitable size from this mixture.

Dip these chicken cheese balls in the egg and fry in hot oil on low heat.

Fry the chicken cheese balls until golden brown and serve with chili garlic sauce.
