Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that the country needs a "grand dialogue" with all stakeholders to move forward, in which all sectors related to the country's development should be discussed.
Addressing the inauguration ceremony of Indus Hospital in Lahore, the Prime Minister said that if we want to move the country forward, we have to hold large scale talks, we have to talk to all the stakeholders.
He said that the purpose of the grand dialogue was to talk about development of health, education, industry and agriculture.
The Prime Minister said that I do not want to talk about any politics here but the previous government had given PKLI which was the best hospital in the region to politics, its best staff was disgraced and fired. The donor doctors had left their jobs abroad and come to Pakistan.

No one should be allowed to politicize industry, agriculture, economy
He said that he had committed such a heinous crime only for the sake of politics that he had made millions of people helpless. This door should be closed. ۔
He said that for this we need heart, we need big thinking, for this we have to be above our caste, we have to kill our ego, we have to do all this for our nation, it should not be like the next government came. And destroyed the institutions of the previous government.
Shahbaz Sharif said that if we want to change the destiny then Iqbal's ideology needs to be followed.
Discussing the political situation, he said, "I say how long a debt dependent country will survive."

He said that the increase in petrol, electricity and other prices today is not a decision yet. It should have been, but it is not.
The Prime Minister said that Bangladesh was said to be a burden, but Bengalis were not a burden, they were presented as a burden, today their exports are 40 billion dollars, we are still at 27, 28 billion dollars.
He said that when inflation was skyrocketing in the world, we suddenly dropped prices in the month of March, for three and a half years no one was given a slack.
"We have to keep prices at bay and raise prices. I will do my best not to burden the poor," he said.

Shahbaz Sharif said that the data available in Benazir Income Support is very transparent, under this we will give Rs 2,000 monthly to 70 million people.
"I am ready to give an account for one month. Who will give an account for three and a half years?"
Regarding load shedding, he said that there are power plants but who will take account of what happened for three and a half years, it has been a month and a half since I came, I am ready to give an account.
"I have said that I will not tolerate load shedding for more than two hours," he said.
He said that there were power projects but fuel was getting expensive.
He said that in the previous government LNG was not taken on time whereas at that time LNG was getting cheaper.

On the occasion, the Prime Minister called on the Deputy Chairman of the Chief Minister's Interest Free Loan Scheme, who said that the funds of the scheme have been discontinued during the last three and a half years.

He said that Shahbaz Sharif had started this scheme with Rs 3.5 billion which had reached Rs 12 billion in just a few years.
He said that under this scheme people of all races and ethnicities were helped. I demand from the Prime Minister that this scheme should be implemented for the whole country by restoring the funds of this scheme.
In this regard, the Prime Minister said that the schemes were closed or in the name of politics.
He said that the vice chairman had tried to meet me twelve times in the last three and a half years but I did not meet him so that he would not be reprimanded by the minister of the previous government.
Shahbaz Sharif assured that work would be resumed on restoration of all the schemes from today. I was not aware of this but now I am sorry that these schemes were for white coats and orphans.
"I have asked the chief minister to halve the number of metro tickets in pack hours so that relief can be given to the poor," he said.
'Build several hospitals and hand over to doctors'
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif expressed his gratitude for the construction of the welfare hospital and wished him well.

Recalling the past, he said that in 2013 I met Mian Ehsan and Iqbal Karchi, they told me that we have built a university, it is a work of human welfare, there are some problems in it, let them solve it ۔
Shahbaz Sharif said that he had also asked me to build a hospital but at that time I have asked him to run Tayyip Erdogan Hospital. Tayyip Erdogan Hospital was built in 2010 with the help of Turkish government after the floods.
He said that he ran the hospital in a better way and rendered services.
"When I asked Dr. Bari, the founder of Indus Hospital, to give it to me, the concerned officer asked me to make a bid. Angered at this, I brandished my staff and handed over the hospital to Dr. Bari," he said.
The Prime Minister said that later by expanding the development of this hospital, we made this hospital the best hospital of Muzaffargarh.

He said that with the help of the founders of Indus Hospital, we have kept Tayyab Ardawan Hospital in Muzaffargarh well functioning.
He said that earlier the government had built and handed over many hospitals and they do not take any salary from them but only take money from the budget fixed by the Punjab government and the deserving people benefit from the use of the money.
He said that the founders of Indus Hospital Lahore include Iqbal Karchi and his family, Javed Arshad Bhatti and Mian Muhammad Ahsan. In the construction of the hospital, Rs. Ghani, Ejaz Gohar, Mian Talat and Mian Ahmed among others have contributed billions of rupees
