The Indian farmer bit his tongue to please the goddess, according to the police, this incident happened in the city of New Delhi, India, the condition of the farmer is critical.
According to the report of the foreign news agency "AFP" published in the maknews-21, a 40-year-old farmer cut his tongue with a knife in a famous temple in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh, after which panic spread among the crowd there.

Investigating officer Abhilash Tiwari said that the farmer and his wife had performed religious rituals before, after which they cut their tongue with a knife and placed it at the door of the temple.
The investigating officer said that our officers posted in the temple took him to the hospital with the help of other worshippers.
The officer said that his wife said that "my husband has 'sacrificed' his tongue to please the goddess", but she could not explain why her husband had done so.
In India, there are usually incidents of this type in which citizens harm their body parts to please their gods or goddesses and sometimes even sacrifice human life, similarly some people please the gods. They also do strange things to do.
