PTI Chairman Imran Khan has reached Swabi for the commencement of PTI Independence March. Before starting his long march towards Islamabad, addressing the workers at Swabi Interchange, former Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Squares are going and no one can stop us.
Imran Khan has said that our long march is peaceful and after overcoming all obstacles we will reach Islamabad D-Chowk.
"Everywhere our people are being stopped and people have been arrested late at night, our workers have been caught jumping into their houses at night and their women have been harassed," he said.
Pointing to Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the former prime minister said, "When Diesel was marching for a long time, when Bilawal and Maryam Nawaz took to the streets, we did not put up any obstacles because we are not afraid of the people. The people are afraid that they have been stealing money from the country for the last three decades.
Imran Khan said that I want to send a message to the government from Swabi Interchange that whatever obstacles you put up, we will cross all the obstacles and reach Islamabad D-Chowk.
"Our protest will be peaceful, which has always been the case. We have always protested peacefully within the law, so I also ask the courts under what law they are holding us back. This is our constitutional right," he said. ۔
"We are going to unite this country and make it a nation, it will be a free nation, it will never enslave anyone, it will not accept American slaves and imported government," he added.
The former Prime Minister said that I tell the whole of Pakistan that you have to leave today, and for the real liberation of the country, our women, children, youth, our lawyers, retired soldiers have to leave for this country.
Earlier, the political situation in Punjab became tense after videos of police shelling on PTI protesters at Bati Chowk and Bhati Chowk in Lahore surfaced on television and social media.
The latest developments came just a day after the government refused to allow the march, with PTI chairman Imran Khan urging his supporters to march towards Islamabad for "true freedom". Imran Khan asked the youth to remove the obstacles on their own.

After the PTI chairman released the video message, he reached Wali Interchange by helicopter.

Meanwhile, police in Lahore tried to arrest PTI leader Hamad Azhar but PTI workers managed to save Hamad Azhar from arrest.
Earlier, Hamad Azhar had said in a tweet that "our rally near Kala Shah Kaku was heavily shelled but we will remove this obstacle, God willing."
Earlier in Lahore, Hamad Azhar had said that barricades and containers had been removed at Bati Chowk, Ravi Bridge and Shahdara and the roads had been cleared by the people.
Yasmeen Rashid, Andalib Abbas released after being taken into custody
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) women leaders Yasmeen Rashid and Andalib Abbas have been released after being detained by police in Lahore.

Former Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that he was going to participate in the Independence March and had overcome all obstacles but the police captured Lal Haveli.
In his video message on Twitter, Sheikh Rashid said that police had entered Lal Haveli and 60 workers had been arrested.
"This does not mean that we are going to bow down. I urge the judiciary and those responsible to see who is spreading anarchy."
Sheikh Rashid said that there may be delay due to the way they have captured Lal Hawali but Lal Haveli will definitely be a part of the long march, the people of Rawalpindi will take a historic part in the independence march.
