Bollywood 'Mr Perfectionist' Aamir Khan has admitted that he could not give time to his two ex-wives in the process of making a career and that is why they got divorced.

Aamir Khan also gave the reason for breaking up his second marriage in an interview given to the Hindi service of Indian broadcaster News 18 on the occasion of his 57th birthday.
Aamir Khan admitted in an interview that he could not give proper time to Karan Rao in his career-building cycle and he was always busy with showbiz activities.
According to Aamir Khan, he had thought that Karan Rao was an ordinary woman but this did not happen and due to not being able to give him time, his marital relationship started deteriorating and he is responsible for all these problems.
He explained the reason for his divorce from Karan Rao was his busy schedule. He did not elaborate on all the other allegations.
During the interview, he also spoke openly about the failure of his first marriage and said that at that time he was busy making a career, due to which he could not give time to his wife and children.
He said he was so busy that he forgot that his wife and children were waiting for him at home.
He said that he came to showbiz when he was only 18 years old, due to which he was possessed by the ghost of making his name and position, which is why he gave more importance to his career than married life.
During the interview, Mr. Perfect said that his eldest daughter is now 23 years old. The father could not give time.
During the interview, Aamir Khan also referred to his eldest son Junaid Khan and said that it has been 25 years now and he is moving forward bravely but when he was innocent, he could not give him that time either.
According to the Times of India, Aamir Khan quoted his son Junaid Khan as saying that he would start acting soon.
According to Aamir Khan, his son has given 20 auditions so far, in which he failed but now he has got a chance to work with a good production house and soon Junaid Khan will be seen acting.
It may be recalled that Aamir Khan had ended his marriage to Karan Rao in July 2021 and confirmed his divorce.
They were married in 2005 and had a child in 2011. The duo of Karan Rao and Aamir Khan was not only considered as one of the most romantic couples in Bollywood but also one of the most romantic couples in India. The two had done several film projects together and had a good relationship even before marriage. Even after the marriage ended, they were seen together in a happy mood and the two have been calling each other best friends till now.
Before Karan Rao, Aamir Khan had married actress Reena Dutta in 1986 at the beginning of his career but his first marriage ended in divorce in 2002 after 16 years.
Aamir Khan has two children from his first marriage, a daughter Ara Khan and a son Junaid Khan, while his second wife Karan Rao gave birth to a son Azad Khan in 2011.
